The Full Time Contemporary Worship Leader must be a Christ-centered team player with the ability to provide musical expertise and strong worship leadership from the platform in order to model excellent and authentic worship for our church body. The Worship Leader will ensure that the services are engaging and meaningful, inspiring people to deepen their spiritual journey. This position also serves as Production Director of the contemporary and traditional worship experience and executes the vision of Christ Church. The Contemporary Worship Leader must be adept at fostering a team environment in working with volunteers, staff and pastors. Contributing to the Worship design team for song selection, scheduling of musicians, tech team and coaching volunteer teams are a necessity.
